Pricing FAQ

Is the trial really free?

Yes. 30 days, full Pro features, no charge during the trial. We collect your card at signup so the subscription can continue seamlessly, and email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel from billing settings before then and you will not be billed.

What counts as a seat?

Anyone with sign-in credentials counts against your seat limits (configurator, coordinator, member). External recipients who only open share links do not — they're free. Service accounts and bots also do not count.

Can we migrate from Dropbox / Box / SharePoint?

Yes. We provide a migration tool that preserves folder structure, sharing state, and version history where the source exposes it.

What changes between plans?

Only capacity: how many configurator, coordinator, and member seats you have, how many custom roles you can define, and how many uploads can run in parallel. Every security feature is identical across plans.

Cancellations and refunds?

Cancel any time. Monthly plans bill prorated; annual plans get a prorated refund on unused months. Data export remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
